Hire Ready AI operates on a fully stateless architecture. Resume text and job descriptions submitted through the scanner are processed in-memory by the Gemini API and are never written to any persistent data store, database, or file system. Once a response is returned to the client, all request payloads are discarded. We do not create user accounts, and no personally identifiable information (PII) is retained after a session ends.

To enforce fair-use rate limiting, we temporarily cache a hashed representation of the client IP address via Upstash Redis with a 24-hour TTL. This hash is a one-way transformation and cannot be reversed to recover the original IP. Standard HTTP log data (user agent string, referrer URL, request timestamp) may be retained by our hosting infrastructure for operational monitoring and is automatically purged in accordance with the provider's retention schedule.

This site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to collect anonymized, aggregate usage metrics such as page views, session duration, and referral sources. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device to distinguish unique visitors. We do not enable any advertising features, demographic reports, or cross-device tracking within Google Analytics. Additionally, Google AdSense may load third-party scripts for the purpose of serving contextual advertisements. These services operate under their own respective privacy policies.

Hire Ready AI itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, third-party services integrated into this site — specifically Google Analytics and Google AdSense — may place cookies on your device for analytics and ad-serving purposes. You may manage or block these cookies through your browser settings. Disabling third-party cookies will not affect the core functionality of the ATS resume scanner.
